Credit goes to Marvyn (diet plan) and especially Lloyd who has increased my confidence and helped me stay focused! After a blip last week I really was ready to give up disappointed with only loosing a lb Lloyd really helped getting me back on track and encouraged me not to deviate from the diet as I was putting so much effort into training and ruining the weight loss with weekend social nites and poor food choices !
My personal training sessions with Lloyd are varied, fun and hard work and I can really see a change in my shape.
The staff in your gym are your greatest asset and a credit to you both.
We are also really impressed with your twice weekly class of kids fitness, as with a 7 yr old and working full time it's often difficult to juggle training in around the family without feeling guilty!
Both instructors engage and have a natural rapport with the children.
Kinga, you always greet us bright and breezy, smiling and happy even at 6 in the morning !
