Simon is a personal trainer and former competitive bodybuilder. With over twenty five years experience in weight training, it is Simons passion to impart his knowledge to help his clients remain injury free and to train safely and effectively to achieve their goals.
His areas of expertise include weight training technique, nutrition, body sculpting and muscle gain. Simon is also a qualified Boxercise instructor, the name Boxercise has become synonymous with the best boxing based gym workout available, his high energy approach to his classes makes for a knockout workout everytime.

I first met Simon at One to One gym where he was training another client. I could clearly see the results he was getting with others and knew he had a fantastic knowledge about weight training and diets. I began training for a body building competition 2 months after having a baby and didn't really know how to plan for it until Simon offered me some advice. He set me out a personalised diet and guided me with the training and soon the results began to show. On my 'off' days, Simon was always there to encourage and motivate me on times where I would have caved in! I would have failed otherwise! Soon after, in May, I participated in my first comp placing 3rd out of 9 girls and went on to do NABBA Britain and another 3 comps. I honestly couldn't have done it without Simon's help and expert knowledge.
